Returns are easy! We allow returns of unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges of products at this time. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Returns for items purchased through the subscribe & save program are ineligible for return.

To get the return process started, please email us to request a Return Confirmation Slip. Please include your Order Number, Item(s) being returned, and Reason for Return in the email.

The return address will be on the Return Confirmation Slip. You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. Please include a copy of the Return Confirmation Slip in the package. We will process your return and issue a refund as soon as we receive it. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds received after the 30-day period. When shipping your item(s) back, please ensure the shipping method chosen has a tracking number and will arrive at our warehouse within the 30-day period. We reserve the right to refuse a return request on any product(s) if the return does not comply with this policy or if we suspect abuse of our return policy. Return requests for multiple month subscribe and save orders will only be granted if only one bottle has been opened. The remaining bottles must be returned in the condition they were received, and in resalable condition.

Only items purchased on will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased at cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell SUKU Vitamins products.
